We are now working with a fabulous small business PomPom Galore in their quest to bring a new decorative garland to the market! A micro range for christmas 2014 will be followed by a range for SS14 launching in the New Year. All hand made garlands with wool pompoms on waxed cotton thread – to use again and again.
We were thrilled to launch our online lookbook AW 13. Including ranges and new product ideas from across our clients.
see here to link to the look book – and thank you to everyone.
It has been a flourishing start to the re-launch of Jasmine White London, founded by Supriya Broadbent. Supriya has worked tirelessly over the summer to bring her original designs to fruition working closely with her design teams. Launching to the trade at Top Drawer London and subsequently her ecommerce website http://www.jasminewhitelondon.com including seasonal pieces, christmas decoration and a fabulous ‘Leaping Reindeer’ textile collection. She has developed a handpainted enamelware range which we are convinced will become trade mark pieces for Jasmine White London. We hope you enjoy, and now it is time to shout it from the roof tops!
We were delighted to be asked to go to Cheshire’s Pageant of Power at the weekend. A thrilling medley of cars, motorbikes and planes! Here are some snaps we took:
This week has seen a bit of sole use! A lot of pacing around three shows – but very good pacing. Firstly the Progressive Greetings in Islington. We were taking a client to look at the show with a view to taking a stand. Incredible to see so much paper design in one place.
Secondly, Pulse (still one of my favourite trade shows) Again a feast of inspiration, designers and makers. Still a strong trend for block motifs, typography and vintage-esque style.
We had a client with a stand RawXclusive (Rebecca stand up and take a bow) and we were with another client who had to make the visit for the first time.
We have to share last weeks highlight! One of those random moments, that was picked up by the newspaper via our tweet that was seen by Jim Hawkins @jimallthetime on Radio Shropshire!
We are delighted to be working with award winning artist Rebecca Winter and her striking brand RawXclusive. www.rawxclusive.com Beautifully made products, all from the UK, with her distinctive designs and illustrations make up a super collection of home ware items.
Sometimes there comes a time when you start to think that a lot of product and design begins to look the same. It was a lovely surprise to be proved wrong when meeting Louise Tate for the first time and seeing her illustrations and art prints. Her original drawings and pictures amuse, mock and are a lot of fun. Her new shop, online, is just the beginning of showing her works to a wider audience who will now be able to purchase from her website.Dogs, animals and children’s characters fill the website space – but not in any obvious way. Watch this space …. www.louise-tate.com. You can also find her on facebook where she has a prolific following and news.
It’s been an exciting start to the year for Holly Lasseter. She has developed a range of tinware and melamine trays, under license, with a pomegranate and red berry design. She created the artwork specifically for each product – the tea caddy, trays and biscuit tins from her original designs she uses on her hand painted bone china. These will be available from stockists nationwide and from her website.
Botanical drawings have always been a favourite, and this is a particularly lovely collection from the RHS now at Easyart.com and written up by the blog that knows its flowers from its flowers!
